Spiral staircase restoration — duplex, Montréal

A badly rusted exterior staircase, perforated sections, an unstable structure. The client wanted to avoid a full replacement.

We removed the unsalvageable sections, ground and arc-welded the surface-damaged areas, then repainted with an exterior coating.

Done on site with the mobile unit, in 3 days. Roughly half the cost of a replacement.
